McKinney Senior Recreation Center McKinney, Texas The Seniors Recreation Center is a 16,000 sq. ft. facility. Currently in construction is an addition of a 7,000 sq. ft. indoor pool. The building consists of a reception area with two offices, four multi-purpose rooms, a recreation hall, conference room, snack kitchen, café dining area, and an assembly hall. Also included are men and women's rest room and locker facilities. The pool consultant on this project was The C. T. Brannon Corporation.
