Rowlett Community Park Phases I & II Rowlett, Texas This park was designed in two phases and consists of 130 acres with six 300-foot softball fields, two 250-foot softball fields, two rest room/concession buildings, with a lake and trail system and miscellaneous recreation. Project was designed in conjunction with Carter Burgess.
